Dance Camp

Last week Grace had dance camp. She was very excited about "shaking her bootie"! Anyway, they learned 4 dances and then on Friday they preformed them. My personal favorite was the dance they did to Beyonce's "Single Ladies". It was sooooo funny. Anyway, she had a blast and all summer long she has some activity to do each week. This week is swimming lessons! Here are her dance camp pics from the first day!

Princess Camp/Manners Camp

Last week Grace attended Manners Camp. Each day they learned different things about manners and had some fun too. For example, Wednesday was make a royal mess day where they played with shaving cream in a swimming pool etc... Friday was there ceremony that parents attended to see all they had learned. They had to wear there princess and prince outfits. She had a blast! She must have learned something because this morning she said, "mom i wouldn't care for any strawberries please!" So, it was well worth it. Here are some pics in her princess costume.

Swimming

So, since I have been stuck inside for a while I told Brad to go get us a little pool for the back yard. Grace and Carter both love it. They think they are at the beach....hey, whatever works! They both get in the pool and play and play. Then they go to the sand box and play and play. After a afternoon of this I don't have to much trouble getting these two to sleep. Red Lips

So, I am just about asleep when I hear Grace screaming, "Mama"!!!! I get upstairs to her room and this took me by surprise.... (see below)!

Keep in mind that it is 10:30 at night and this could be my 100th time up the stairs. I asked her where she got the lip stick from and she told me she found it. She couldn't quite come up with where she found it though.

Take a look at that finger...she is trying her best to get this story straight. You just gotta love her!!!!!!!
